Atishay Limited, a technology company, has been approved as a technology partner of RajCOMP Info Services Limited (RISL) for home delivery of public (government) services in Rajasthan. RISL is a renowned IT consulting company operating under the supervision of the government of Rajasthan.
Chairman and CEO Akhilesh Jain said, âWe are delighted to have this opportunity to work for RISL and to be their chosen technology partner. The e-Mitra platform provides citizen-centric services in a transparent and cost-effective manner. It offers more than 450 G2C and B2C services on its portal. Your company has been given a unique opportunity and has become the aggregator to provide government services to the citizens of the state of Rajasthan. Our optimism is reflected in our conviction and in our infinite capacity to build a better future. The pilot project is the first of its kind in India and we are really excited to be a part of this development. Thanks to this advancement, citizens would now no longer need to visit various government offices or courts, but instead they can get authorized and listed government documents right at their doorstep. This move would help us better help people, improve their end-to-end customer journey, and ensure seamless integration between various departmental applications. At Atishay, good corporate governance is rooted in our work culture, which enables us to make informed decisions. Being accountable, transparent and engaged makes us strong and determined, which resonates with the ideologies of our company.
Mr Jain went on to say: The project will be implemented in phases, with phase I covering seven division headquarters (Ajmer, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota and Udaipur) and phase II covering 33 headquarters of district. During the first six months, the pilot phase would be carried out in the cities of Jaipur and Jodhpur. As a preferred technology partner, we would be required to deploy IT infrastructure, including unification software, hire service representatives (e-Sahayaks), manage their operations as well as the software integration of unification with the e-Mitra application, during the said period.
